1. Service
QuemContrata delivers, once a week, a private panel listing companies with open roles in the sector and emirate the subscriber contracted, with corporate contact details and the link to each posting. Built from public job postings. We never scrape or store personal data.
2. Subscription and billing
The subscription is monthly and billed by card. Prices are shown in AED and charged in the USD equivalent. Invoices are issued by QuemContrata (Brazil). There is no trial and no minimum term.
3. Exclusivity
While the subscription is active and paid, companies delivered in the subscriber's sector and emirate are not delivered to another subscriber. Exclusivity covers the combination of sector and emirate contracted, and ends with the subscription.
4. Permitted use
The list is for the subscriber's own recruitment work. Reselling, redistributing, publishing or transferring the data to a third party is not permitted.
5. No guarantee of placement
We deliver signals of hiring activity from public postings. We do not guarantee that a company will answer, hire, or sign with the subscriber, and the number of companies varies with what the market publishes each week.
6. Cancellation
The subscriber may cancel at any time, with access running until the end of the month already paid. The current month is not refunded.
7. Removal requests
Any company may ask to be removed. On request, it is taken out of all lists within 5 business days, and the subscriber agrees to stop contacting it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, with jurisdiction in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil.
