What we process
Corporate data taken from public job postings: company name, open role, city and emirate, corporate e-mail and corporate phone published by the company, and the link to the posting. Built from public job postings. We never scrape or store personal data.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest in business-to-business communication. Our clients are licensed recruitment agencies that contact companies about their own open roles.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, we do not build profiles of individuals, and we do not contact candidates or employees on anyone's behalf.
Retention
Records are kept for 90 days and then deleted or replaced by a newer reading of the same company.
Your rights
A company may ask for access to what we hold about it, correction, or removal from all lists. Write to privacy@quemcontrata.com.br or use the opt-out form. Removal is applied within 5 business days.
Applicable law
Brazilian LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and, for data relating to the United Arab Emirates, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law 45/2021).
